Career Fair: Jobseekers

Be ready to meet face-to-face with recruiters during this year’s Career Fair at AOM2022! Participants can take advantage of dozens of opportunities to interview for positions with a global range of institutions and industry recruiters. Interviews are typically informative in nature and tend to last 30 minutes so be sure to schedule appointments ahead of time to set your pace.

To participate, we strongly recommend you:

• Upload your application materials to your Job Seeker account so when employers ask for the material, you can simply “apply” to the schools you’d like to meet.
• Select the option noting your participation in the Career Fair. This is important as employers can sort on who is attending, just as you will be able to sort on who will be on site and virtual.
• Read the entire job descriptions once posted. More than likely, they will note who/how to contact for an interview. Have your days/times ready.
• Don’t be discouraged, employers will be posting almost every day. Be sure you have signed up for job alerts so you see the ads as they are posted.

Note: You must be registered for the Annual Meeting to attend the in-person event.

Network informally with employers 4:00 - 4:30 pm

Interviews:

On Site: Friday, 5 August through Tuesday, 9 August - 8am–5pm closing at noon on Tuesday.

Virtual: Saturday, 6 August - Sunday, 7 August (times determined by employers).
