The Management and Organization Department at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business, invites applications from a diverse pool of qualified candidates for one or more non-tenure track Lecturer Part-Time faculty. We are seeking one or more candidates to join our faculty on a part-time basis (50% - 100%) for a 9-month service period and with opportunities to teach during the summer. Appointments will be on an annual basis and may be reviewed for renewal. The anticipated start date is September 16, 2019.
Teaching responsibilities may focus on management, business law, organizational behavior, ethics, leadership, negotiations, human resource management, strategy, and entrepreneurship. We seek candidates who have experience teaching and who have the potential to perform well at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. University of Washington lecturing faculty engage in teaching, mentorship, and service. This position has a 9-month service period and the salary is extremely competitive.

Applicants must minimally have a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree, Ph.D., or foreign equivalent are highly desirable but not required. Prior teaching experience is required of all candidates.
