The School of Business and Economics at Universidad del Desarrollo (UDD) seeks outstanding candidates for two positions at the associate professor level with a strong background in strategic management. The full-time professor positions are based in Santiago, Chile, (http://chile.travel/en) and will be appointed in March 2020. The successful candidate will contribute to the school with an active publication and research agenda. The applicant is also expected to play an active role in both our graduate courses (MBA and Doctoral programs) and undergraduate courses (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration).
Successful candidates should have a passion for conducting high-quality scholarly research, play a key role in developing further research programs, and demonstrate teaching excellence and leadership abilities. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Strategy or a closely related area in Management and a strong background and record in publishing high-impact research.
Fluent Spanish language ability is not a requirement; exceptional candidates without Spanish skills will have the opportunity to improve their language skills during the first year of employment.
