Job Summary: The Research Institute of Economics and Management (RIEM) at the Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) seeks full-time, tenure-track or tenured positions in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Organization Behavior, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Operations Management and more.
Review and Interview:
The review process will begin immediately and continue until the positions are filled. Successful candidates are expected to hold a Ph.D. degree before their work starts in SWUFE and to conduct teaching in English. A compensation package includes competitive salary, moving and housing allowance, research startup fund and annual bonuses. Applicants with prior teaching and research experiences are strongly encouraged.

Other bonuses depend on performance in teaching and publications. Academic rank and compensation are commensurate with qualification and experience.
