The Management and Organizations area at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School consists of faculty members who are actively publishing in top management journals and have varied research interests, including organizational behavior, strategy and business policy, organization theory, and healthcare management.
Qualified candidates for a tenure track faculty position must have the following:
A PhD degree in Management, Strategy, Business Policy or a related field conferred by employment start date.
Demonstrated a strong commitment to academic research and excellence in teaching.
The ideal candidate will have an academic record suitable for a tenure track appointment, with interests in strategy and business policy.
Teaching responsibilities will include MBA/MS-level courses. Evidence of successful teaching in a graduate business school environment is desirable.
