HEC Paris: Tenure-Track Positions, Open Rank, Management and Human Resources Department
The Department of Management and Human Resources at HEC Paris is recruiting for several open rank tenure-track faculty positions for the academic year 2019-2020 (starting July 2020).
Applicants should have solid doctoral training and strong research orientation in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, or Human Resource Management. Successful candidates will have demonstrated their ability to publish in premier academic journals in management (or related disciplines). They should also possess the skills to be effective teachers for our high-caliber, international student body. As our courses are given in English, knowledge of French is not a requirement.
The deadline for receipt of all application files is September 15th, 2019. Please include a letter of intent, an updated CV, a job market paper, two other samples of writing, a research statement, a teaching statement, and teaching evaluations (if any). Compensation levels, research funding and travel support are highly competitive and similar to those at other leading business schools in Western Europe and North America.

The Management and HR Department at HEC Paris
The Management and HR Department includes Roxana Barbulescu, Jin Wook Chang, Françoise Chevalier, Frédéric Godart, Michel Lander, Wooseok Jung, Elie Matta, Daniel Newark, Mathis Schulte, Michael Segalla, and Santosh Srinivas. Our members have published in leading management and disciplinary journals, including Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, American Journal of Sociology, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Journal of Management Studies, Organization Science, OBHDP, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, and Strategic Management Journal, among others. The department has a small but competitive doctoral program with international placements.
