The Department of Management and Information Systems at the Wayne State University's Mike Ilitch School of Business is seeking to fill a tenure-track position for the 2020-2021 academic year at the Assistant or Associate Professor Level. Candidates will be expected to conduct organizational behavior-related research suitable for publication in top tier journals, teach courses in organizational behavior at the undergraduate, masters, or doctoral level, participate in department and school governance activities, and perform related duties as assigned.
The Management Department is composed of faculty in the areas of Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, and Strategic Management. Department faculty publish in top tier journals including Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal, among others. The department offers programs at the undergraduate, masters, and Ph.D. level.

Requirements for the position include a Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB accredited program, a record or evidence of potential to publish in leading academic journals, and a record of service to the profession.
