The Business Administration Department of Economics and Management School at Wuhan University invites applications from outstanding candidates for faculty positions in Business Administration at the rank of Assistant Professor with the following qualifications:
Applicants should have earned a doctorate in business administration or a related field. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research interests lie within areas of strategic management, international business, innovation and entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, human resource management.
Preference will be given to applicants who demonstrate capabilities or potential for top tier publications and effective teaching in business administration at the post-secondary level.
The candidate should be a team player, with a commitment to engage with faculty, students, administration and with our academic and professional communities.

About Economics and Management School of Wuhan University
Economics and Management School (EMS) of Wuhan University is one of the largest schools of its kind in China. Currently, EMS offers 77 degree programmes which are categorized into 4 groups: 16 bachelor, 26 Generalist (Academic) Master, 13 Professional Masters, and 22 Doctoral Programs. Currently, EMS has more than 10 thousand students. All our programs enjoy great reputation and are very much in demand.
EMS has 298 core faculty members working on full-time basis, with around 74 percent holding the professional title of associate professor or above, 87 percent hold a PhD degree. Business administration department has 36 faculty members and responsibility for two majors in business management and human resource management.
