Senior Assistant/Associate/Full Professor: Ph.D. degree in management or a related field; a record of scholarly accomplishment consistent with rank that includes publication in leading academic management journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management, Organization Science, Research Policy and Strategic Management Journal; demonstrated teaching excellence.
Assistant Professor: Completed Ph.D. (ABD accepted) in management or a related field with demonstrated potential for research and teaching excellence.
