The section of Innovation Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) invites outstanding candidates to fill one or more faculty positions – assistant professor, associate professor or full professor – in innovation management. The Innovation Management Unit is a collaborative, research-oriented group of nine excellent faculty members from around the world: Murat Tarakci and Birgul Arslan (Turkey), Stefano Tasselli (Italy), Helge Klapper and Dirk Deichman (Germany), Jan van den Ende, Henk de Vries and Daan Stam (The Netherlands) and Juan Madiedo Montanez (Colombia). The unit ranks among the top in innovation management in Europe in terms of its research productivity and impact. Our faculty members regularly publish in leading journals such as Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Annals, Strategic Management Journal, Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Management, Journal of Operations Management, and Production and Operations Management. The unit offers a master programme in innovation management and executive education courses in innovation management and new business development. The department also contributes to RSM’s Bachelor, MPhil and PhD programmes.
