IAE Business School, leading institution in Latin America located in Buenos Aires, Argentina, invites high potential/ qualified scholars to apply for an Assistant or Associate Professor Positions for its different academic areas. Candidates applying for HR/Organizational Behavior, and Operations and Technology Management departments will be preferred. Salary and rank will be commensurate with qualifications.
Necessary qualifications include an earned doctorate from an AACSB-accredited institution in Management or closely related field. Candidates who are ABD will be considered, but the position requires completion of all doctoral requirements by the effective date of the appointment (i.e., February/March 2020). Successful candidates will be expected to publish in top peer-reviewed journals, to pursue excellence in teaching in MBA programs and to engage in innovative activities interacting with faculty from other disciplines. Previous experience in teaching is a plus and proficiency in Spanish is required.
