The School of Business at the State University of New York at New Paltz invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Management position starting Fall 2020.
The School is AACSB accredited and has an enrollment of approximately 1,000 students. We currently offer undergraduate degrees in seven business majors, including Business Analytics, a general MBA and an MBA in Public Accountancy. The typical teaching load for pre-tenure faculty is three courses per semester. Faculty also participate in curriculum development and assessment, and engage in other service duties for the school and the college both internally and externally. An active research program yielding ongoing publication in peer-reviewed journals is required for tenure.

Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: Ph.D. in entrepreneurship, management or a related field; exceptional ABD candidates with a firm completion date will be considered. Candidates must be qualified to teach courses in entrepreneurship and small business management as well as general management courses at both the undergraduate and MBA level. Ability to teach in the areas of sustainability and social entrepreneurship is a plus.
