Adelphi University (Long Island, New York, USA) invites applications for a tenure-track position in the Department of Management in the Willumstad School of Business. We seek candidates with a strong commitment to excellence in scholarly research and teaching in the field of organizational behavior/ theory. A secondary interest in human resource or international management is required. Preference will be given to candidates with research interests in OB/OT with a focus on managing in the digital workplace or leading in global settings. The successful candidate will be expected to teach in our undergraduate as well as graduate (MBA/MS) programs. Classes are offered on the main campus in Garden City, at satellite locations on Long Island and in downtown Manhattan, both during the day and evening, on weekends, and on-line. S/he should be committed to teaching excellence, establishing a scholarly publication record consistent with AACSB standards, and serving as an active member of the Adelphi community. Willumstad School of Business is accredited by AACSB-International.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. or D.B.A. in Management/Business Administration from an AACSB-International accredited school. ABD in management with completion expected by August 1, 2020 will be considered. University level teaching experience and evidence of scholarly work required.
