California University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position in StrategicManagement in the Department of Business & Economics starting August 2020. Duties will include teaching 12 credit hours per semester introductory and advanced undergraduate and graduate courses (online and traditional classroom setting) in management, strategy and potentially international business. The successful applicant will be required to teach strategy as an integrative concept that binds together the entire curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate levels and will be required to complete significant program assessment responsibilities. An earned doctorate from a research-based program in management or very closely related area from an AACSB- or ACBSP-accredited university is required. Relevant teaching experience at the college/university level at time of appointment is preferred. ABD candidates close to degree completion by start date may be considered.
