The School of Business at the University of Southern Maine seeks two Tenure-Track Assistant Professors in Management to join its faculty in the Department of Business Administration beginning Fall 2020, when we launch a newly developed major in Management. We seek candidates that are enthusiastic about undergraduate teaching and have an active research agenda. The successful candidates will be expected to:
Teach undergraduate level courses in one of two broad areas of management: (strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship OR organizational behavior and human resources management)
Maintain an active record of scholarship in his or her area of expertise
Advise undergraduate students and supervise internships
Participate in service to the department, School of Business, and University

Ph.D. or A.B.D (if ABD, the candidate would be hired at Lecturer status until doctorate is completed, with degree completion required before September 1, 2020) from an AACSB accredited institution in Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, or other Management related disciplines.
Academic focus on Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship or in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management.
Experience teaching classes in discipline
Experience with online learning
