CWeX brings together researchers with a collaborative spirit and a wealth of expertise in the areas of diversity and employee wellbeing, leadership, teams, human resource management practices, and organisational culture, climate, and change. The centre is housed in one of the nation’s preeminent Business Schools. An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Professor in Human Resource Management.
The Associate Professor is a key leadership role in CWeX and will make a significant contribution in teaching, research and professional engagement.
This position involves contributing research and teaching expertise in Human Resource Management with a focus on Rewards/Compensation and/or Performance Management as well as contributing to the development and teaching of high quality undergraduate and postgraduate and executive courses.
The successful candidate will be a collaborative academic leader who brings experience in the development and nurturing of academic teaching and research talent, and will play a pivotal role in the growth of research output and funding, and engagement with industry.
