One with a Management focus, and the other with a Management/Healthcare Administration focus. The AACSB accredited School of Business at Stockton University, invites applications for two full-time tenure track Assistant or Associate Professors of Business Studies, Management starting in September 1, 2020. Both positions will most likely involve teaching at both of Stockton’s instructional sites, in Galloway, NJ and in Atlantic City (which are approximately 12 miles apart). Assistant/Associate Professor of Business Studies, Management This position involves teaching Management courses at the undergraduate and MBA levels, which may include Business Policies and Strategy, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Supervisory & Management Skills, Technology & Innovation Management, or Business Communications. Teaching opportunities also exist in the Hospitality and Tourism Management Studies or other Stockton programs, depending on academic credentials and professional experience. Requirements for this position; An earned doctorate in Management or a related discipline (ABD candidates will be considered at the instructor level until the doctoral degree is completed). Evidence of potential for teaching, research and service in the Management field. Evidence of the ability and or experience in teaching online. Assistant/Associate Professor of Business Studies, Management, Healthcare Administration This position involves teaching Management and Healthcare Administration courses at the undergraduate and MBA levels, which may include Healthcare Operations & Financial Management, Managing Population Health, Healthcare Leadership, Healthcare Systems, and other core management and healthcare administration classes. Requirements for this position; An earned doctorate in Healthcare Administration, or experience in Healthcare Administration is required (ABD candidates will be considered at the instructor level until the doctoral degree is completed). Evidence of potential for teaching, research and service in the healthcare field is required. Evidence of the ability and or experience in teaching online.
