Position Information: The Department of Management at California State University, Chico, is searching for a probationary tenure-track assistant or associate professor to start August 18, 2020.

The successful candidate will be well-qualified to teach Entrepreneurship courses and be flexible in the ability to teach other related management courses based on department needs.
Minimum Education and Experience: The minimum education requirement for appointment to this position is a Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship or a closely related field from an AACSB-recognized program by August 17, 2020. We also require research and teaching interests that include Entrepreneurship.

Recruitment Preferences: Preferred qualifications include a record of publishing in high quality academic journals and evidence of an on-going research stream, demonstrated effectiveness in teaching at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in Entrepreneurship, excellent written and verbal communication skills, versatility in teaching and mentoring, demonstrated ability to work with others in a collegial manner, an interest in interdisciplinary work, and successful professional experience.
