Most relevant to the current positions, the school boasts interdisciplinary research strength in the areas of Trust, Ethics, and Governance, including chaired professorial positions in both Organisational Trust and Business Ethics. The Management Discipline at UQ Business School is one of the strongest groups of management scholars in Australia, including 35 scholars in organisational behaviour, human resources, communications, organisational studies, and leadership. Cutting across these areas, the management discipline shows particular strength in the overarching themes of social responsibility and impact on practice. (1) Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Trust 1 year, fixed-term
The Postdoctoral Fellow in Trust will work closely with Professor Nicole Gillespie to advance research in the areas of organisational trust, stakeholder trust and trust in emerging technologies (e.g. Artificial Intelligence).
(2) Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Organisational Behaviour 3 years, fixed-term
The Postdoctoral Fellow in OB will work closely with Professor Tyler Okimoto to advance research in the areas of organisational justice, trust/justice recovery, forgiveness/reconciliation, behavioural ethics, and intergroup dynamics.
