The Associate Dean for Undergraduate Education (AD-UE) is a full-time administrative position reporting directly to the Dean of Paul College and serving as a key member of the leadership team. The AD-UE helps to shape the future of Paul College in line with the college’s mission, vision, and strategic plan. The AD-UE is responsible for the overall success of the college’s undergraduate academic programs, the student experience, and student outcomes. The AD-UE provides leadership and ensures the coordination of all undergraduate academic programs offered by the college, including academic strategic planning, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement. The AD-UE helps to ensure strong communication across all the college’s disciplines and departments and across the university. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong professional characteristics including leadership, strategic thinking, integrity, a commitment to innovation and continuous improvement, demonstrated ability to execute initiatives and to work collaboratively with faculty and staff across all levels of the organization. The AD-UE should have a strong commitment to student success which is integral to the college’s academic mission and strategy. The AD-UE must have prior experience in developing and managing undergraduate programs in business, economics, or a related discipline.
