The School of Business invites applications for a full time, 10-month tenure track position in Management starting fall 2021. The successful candidate will teach both undergraduate business core classes in management and graduate management courses in the MBA. Areas include: Organizational Behavior, Ethics, Human Resource Management, and International Business. The teaching responsibility is three courses per fall and spring semester.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Management or a related field preferably from an AACSB accredited institution. ABDs will be considered, but the candidates must have earned a Ph.D. within a year of the effective date of the appointment. Candidates with an MBA or professional experience are desired. Candidate must possess a record of excellent university-level teaching and evidence of the ability to carry on a body of research commensurate with being considered for promotion and tenure. Faculty should also be dedicated to experiential student learning and professional development, provide service to the school, university, and community.
