About you Applicants should hold a PhD or be very close to completing a doctorate in the field of Human Resource Management and Analytics or a related field, covering areas such as Digital HR management/ HR analytics related to job quality and well-being at work. Candidates with a research interest on other aspects of HR Analytics such as selection or performance management are encouraged to apply. Applicants should be able to demonstrate significant research achievements commensurate with their career stage, with clear plans and commitment to undertake future research. Additional Salary Information: The starting salary for a Lecturer will be from £35,845 up to £46,718 on Grade (F) For a Senior Lecturer the starting salary will be from £45,361 up to £59,135 on Grade (G), depending on qualifications and experience.
