About the Department of Industrial-Organizational Psychology: Both the Master of Arts (MA) and Doctorate in Industrial-Organizational Psychology programs seek to develop scholars, professional practitioners, and leaders who will actively engage the community and businesses around them, improving organizations and developing people.
