POSITION: The Department of Management and Marketing in the School of Business at the College of Charleston invites applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Management starting August 16, 2021. Applicants should demonstrate expertise in management, leadership, organizational behavior, human resource management, or related areas. Teaching responsibilities will include three courses per semester mostly at the undergraduate level. In addition, the incumbent will be expected to regularly publish in high-quality journals, contribute to undergraduate programming, mentor undergraduate students, and engage in service to the College, community, and profession as appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS: A Ph.D. or D.B.A. in management or a related field from an AACSB accredited institution is required, but A.B.D. candidates near completion of their dissertation will be considered.
