The Olin Business School is seeking applications from those qualified for a full-time professor of practice in Organizational Behavior. The major responsibilities will include teaching a negotiable number of courses that will focus on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as well as leadership development, in the school’s undergraduate and business administration (MBA, PMBA, and EMBA) programs.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must have a master’s degree (Ph.D. preferred). Experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion is highly desirable.
SALARY: Competitive and commensurate with experience, academic qualifications, and teaching load.
APPOINTMENT: This is a full-time, teaching, faculty appointment starting in July 2021.
