Faculty Positions in Organizational Behavior or Human Resource Management
China Europe International Business School
The China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) invites applications for the following faculty positions with the Department of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management:
Ideal candidates should hold a PhD degree in Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines, have established their scholarly expertise in a certain area and are still active in conducting research, and can teach organizational behavior, leadership, or human resource management courses and elective courses such as creativity and innovation or change management. Faculty compensation is benchmarked against top US business schools and commensurate with qualifications. In addition to base salary, the school provides its faculty with an adequate housing allowance, an education allowance for international schooling of faculty’s children, international private medical insurance, and a private pension plan. Moreover, the school offers generous research funding, teaching load reduction/bonus for high-calibre research outcomes, and a reduced teaching load for the first three years.
