The School of Management at the University of Los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia) seeks applications to fill several full-time positions at the assistant or associate professor level in Entrepreneurship. Preference will be given to faculty with a strong commitment to research in this field, demonstrated by a record of publications in high-quality peer-reviewed journals, and who will engage in the design, delivery, assessment of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. This call will prioritize candidates with solid research in innovation-driven entrepreneurship, social entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial ecosystems, entrepreneurial mindset, decision-making, process and scaling. According to the candidate’s qualifications, we will consider other fields such as innovation management, regional development, small business and other related areas.
Aspiring junior researchers must have earned a Ph.D. degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other related fields, or be near completion of the Ph.D., and have a demonstrated record of publications in quality peer-reviewed journals. We are also open to successful mid-career candidates who could qualify for the level of Associate Professor. Entrepreneurial experience and a relevant professional network will be a plus.
