Required Qualifications: Ph.D. or DBA in management from an AACSB-accredited institution, or a terminal degree in a related field, conduct Scholarly research in management or related disciplines, must have a background and teaching experience in both the human resources and management, demonstrate an ability to work in a collegiate atmosphere as part of a diverse team, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have awareness of and sensitivity to educational goals of a multicultural population.
