The Department of Management at Central Michigan University invites applications for one or more tenure-track faculty positions (open rank) beginning August 22, 2022. Applicants must be able to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Strategic Management or HR/OB and a secondary management discipline (e.g., IB, HR/OB, Purchasing/Operations, Supply Chain Management, Strategic Management), maintain an active program of scholarship in this area, and participate in service activities.
Qualifications: A Ph.D. in Management or a related field and demonstrated accomplishments in research and teaching. ABD candidates will be considered; full completion of the degree is required prior to the start date of the appointment.
Preferred: Ph.D. in Management or related field from an AACSB accredited university. Experience teaching online or in hybrid modalities. Experience or training in teaching HR/OB, Analytics, and Strategy. Interest in service or leadership opportunities.
