The Department of Management and Human Resources at HEC Parisis recruitingfor multiple tenure-trackfacultypositions, with planned start dates of Fall 2022. The rank is open, with one of the available positions reserved for a senior candidate.
We seek applicants withstrong doctoral training who are conducting high quality research inthe areas of Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, orHuman Resource Management.Researchers with a micro, meso, or macro orientation are all welcome to apply. Successful candidates will have demonstrated the ability to publish in top academic journals in management or related disciplines. They will also possess the skills to be effective teachers for our international student body. As courses and campus life are conducted in English, knowledge of French is not required.
