Faculty Position in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management
The Technology/Organization/Strategy area of the College of Business at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in Seoul, South Korea, is seeking a full time, tenure-track faculty member in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management to begin Spring 2022, Fall 2022 or March 2023. Candidates for Assistant Professor and untenured Associate Professor should have completed or nearly completed their Ph.D., and must demonstrate capacity to undertake scholarly research publishable in leading academic journals and be able to provide quality teaching. Candidates for senior positions—tenured Associate and Full Professors should demonstrate a substantial research record, evidence of teaching excellence and academic leadership in the area of Organizational Behavior/H
