The purpose of the scouting procedure is to collect expressions of interest in sectors deemed strategic for the development of the School’s research areas and doctoral programs in order to evaluate the opportunity to open call (“concorsi”) as expected according to the Italian law.
The ideal candidates are researchers with an internationally recognized research track and with a solid foundation in the fields of management science and business strategy, with particular regard to dynamic capabilities, entrepreneurial behavior and managerial conduct. Candidates must be familiar with the latest research in neuroscience applied to strategy and management and must have experience in interdisciplinary research. Ideal candidates are excellent in the use of advanced statistical methods for the analysis of organizational, social, and economic systems. The successful candidate will carry out research and teaching activities in post-graduate courses and interact with the different disciplinary areas of the School, contributing to the development of the disciplines of strategy and management, with an interdisciplinary and frontier approach. Candidates must have an excellent record of publications and a proven record of achievements, a clear interest/potential to promote and lead research activities, a specific experience in teaching at the postgraduate level, and supervising doctoral students.
