The Department of Management and Marketing in the School of Business at the College of Charleston seeks qualified applicants for a full-time Instructor starting August 16, 2022.
Responsibilities include: • Teaching four undergraduate courses per semester in entrepreneurship, marketing and/or management. • Developing new courses as they relate to the strategic objectives of the Department and the School by utilizing innovative teaching methods to enhance the success of diverse learners. • Engaging with the Center for Entrepreneurship in support of a rich program of experiential activities for College of Charleston students across all disciplines. • Engaging in service activities, such as student advising, mentoring and committee assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS: An MBA (or an M.A. or M.S. degree in a related field) from either AACSB or EFMD accredited programs is the minimum academic requirement for this position. Ideal applicants will have entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial experience with a specialization in marketing.
Preference will be given to candidates that are enthusiastic, collegial, engaged with students, good communicators, and team players. Candidates should possess a demonstrated ability to teach undergraduate coursework in one or more of the above-stated areas.
