Requirements for undergraduate level positions:

• PhD in Management / Marketing / Finance / Accounting preferably from an AACSB accredited doctoral program, or from a program with a similar high quality academic accreditation, with emphasis in any of the above listed areas.
• Commitment to high quality teaching as evidenced by student evaluations.
• Professional work experience in business related to discipline is desirable.
• Use of experiential learning techniques is highly valued.
• International professional experience or international education
• Evidence of intellectual vitality, expressed in quality publications or consulting experience or educational innovation.
• If applying for a research-oriented position: publications in refereed journals and a well-developed research agenda with the potential for sustained publications in high quality journals.
