The Entrepreneurial Management Unit of Harvard Business School seeks candidates for full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor positions starting July 2023. Applicants should be new or recent graduates with a strong record in a doctoral program.  The ideal candidates will conduct research influencing both academics and practitioners. Candidates with formal training in economics, sociology, finance, strategy, management, organization theory, sociology, psychology, strategy, as well as inter-disciplinary candidates, are encouraged to apply. Research interests should include one or more of the following: entrepreneurial leadership and organization; emerging industries and technologies; innovation; or financing ventures and growth.
