We are looking for a full-time Postdoctoral Fellow to join the OB department on INSEAD’s campus in France starting September 2023 with a special focus on work place inequality.
Our current projects examine ways in which different social and organizational processes contribute to key outcomes such as hiring, turnover, promotion, and compensation of employees. We tackle these questions in different empirical settings using different methods, including analyses of large archival datasets, lab experiments, and field experiments. Our current projects focus on inequality based on gender, race, and social class in academia, Hollywood film industry, and entrepreneurship.
The ideal candidate for this Postdoctoral Fellow will be a recent PhD graduate or a doctoral candidate who is close to defending his/her dissertation with a deep interest in this domain.
The Postdoctoral Researcher is expected to join ongoing research projects of OB faculty and collaborators but will also have time allocated their own ongoing research projects. The Postdoctoral Fellow will be provided with a salary and a personal research budget. In addition, the Postdoctoral Fellow will have the opportunity to interact with the broader Faculty at INSEAD and participate in all the Organizational Behavioral Area and school-wide research events such as the brown bag series, research seminars, and conferences.
