Eastern’s College of Business is especially interested in faculty with demonstrated innovation and excellence in teaching in a liberal arts curriculum, and sensitivity to diverse populations and perspectives.

Position Description: The new hire will be expected to teach undergraduate courses and in the graduate program in management. Teaching excellence is the primary focus for the position, followed by a strong research record/potential, and service to the department, University, and community.

Qualifications: A terminal degree in the field of business, management or a related discipline from an accredited institution is required. ABD candidates close to completion will also be considered. Candidates who have primary experience or expertise (teaching, research, or practice) in organizational behavior and human resources are preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to teaching, scholarly and professional activities, and a willingness to be active in service to the University and community.
