Job Summary The Department of Management (MGT) at Illinois State University is seeking applications for a nine-month, tenure-track position in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Assistant Professor level to begin August 16, 2025. The primary teaching responsibilities for this position will be in the HRM sequence (e.g., Compensation Management, Employee Benefits, Recruitment and Selection, HRM and People Analytics), but may also include other management courses (e.g., Business Organization and Management).
