Johns Hopkins Carey Business School invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship position to support the work of the Gender & Work Initiative that officially launches in December 2024. The Initiative, co-directed by David Smith and Colleen Stuart, aims to produce world-class research focusing on the relational and structural mechanisms underlying gender inequality in organizations and labor markets. We are seeking candidates specializing in the academic areas of organizational theory and behavior, with a particular emphasis on gender and organizations. This is a full-time research position. The position is a two-year appointment with the possibility of extension. The position offers competitiv
