•The candidate will contribute to the research agenda of the Centre, with particular focus on the challenges of building sustainable cultures for innovation and entrepreneurship. •The position will entail conducting research including data collection and analysis, writing for publication in academic conferences and journals, and developing grant proposals. •Teaching obligations and administrative responsibilities will be limited. •The candidate will work closely with a variety of academic colleagues from various disciplines, and with multiple stakeholders from industry, government and the broader community. •The position is initially for one year, subject to renewal based on performance. •The position will work closely with John McLaughlin, President Emeritus and TME Scholar in Resident.
•Completed PhD in a relevant field (Leadership, Strategy, Innovation, &Management) within last two years. •Experience with industry. •Strong quantitative analytical and empirical skills.
