LEO Lecturer III Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management
The University of Michigan-Flint School of Management is seeking qualified candidates for a Lecturer III position in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, starting in Fall 2024. The teaching assignment would include undergraduate and graduate courses in human/organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, negotiation, and organizational behavior and human resource management electives. The candidate is expected to provide service to the School and the University beyond classroom teaching on standing and ad-hoc committees, engage in academic program development and program assessment in the department, mentor students, and provide career advice.
