The Business School at IE University invites applications for tenure-track positions starting in the 2026 academic year. We welcome candidates for openings in the Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management departments.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the potential to develop an active research agenda leading to publications in top-tier peer-reviewed journals. They will have opportunities to collaborate with faculty across disciplines and to provide intellectual leadership in their field.

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution by the time of appointment. Prior teaching experience is an asset, and proficiency in Spanish is desirable but not required. English is the primary language of instruction and institutional communication.
