QUALIFICATIONS:

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree or expect to receive one in related fields (e.g., Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Strategic Management) before July 2026.

About Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS)

PHBS is one of the most internationalized business schools in China, with more than 40% of its entire faculty being international from Western and other Asian countries. English is used as the working language for teaching and administration. PHBS is located in the thriving entrepreneurial city of Shenzhen also known as “The Silicon Valley of Hardware”, adjacent to the financial hub of Hong Kong. The PHBS UK campus is located in Oxfordshire, around 45 miles west of London. The PHBS UK Campus is the first ever satellite campus of any Chinese university located outside China. From Sept 2018 the UK campus will take the first cohort enrolled on the two-year international postgraduate program in China. The students will come to the campus for a short visiting study and to take credit transfer courses in Finance or in Management. Full-time faculty members of PHBS UK will have an opportunity to teach in a block course at the PHBS main campus in Shenzhen.
