Tenure-Track, Open Rank Professor in Management
The Department of Global Leadership and Management within the College of Business invites applications for a tenure-track open-rank position in Management to begin during the academic year 25-26 (targeted start dates are Fall 2025 or Spring 2026). The advertised position is at the Assistant Professor level but exceptional candidates at Associate and Professor ranks may also be considered pending approval for hiring at those ranks. Doctoral candidates completing their PhD in AY 25-26 are also encouraged to apply. The position requires a Ph.D. in Management, Human Resources, or a related field of study (e.g., industrial psychology, organizational psychology). Applicants should have a record of demonstrated excellence as a scholar and teacher, and evidence of strong research productivity.
