The Experiential Leadership Development Lab (ELDL) at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia invites applications for a post-doctoral research associate to begin in the summer of 2024. The post-doctoral researcher will work closely with faculty primarily on research projects focused on the management and assessment of large experiential educational interventions conducted under randomized, controlled conditions; the analysis of all data, including that from physiological signals; and the write up and distribution of research results. The successful candidate will have signific
