The school was founded in 1998, as the premier business school in the Caribbean, located in the Dominican Republic (population: 11,519,595). It has two campuses: the main campus in Santo Domingo, the capital, and a second campus in Santiago, the country’s industrial hub. Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing both academic operations and business development efforts in the northern Dominican Republic.
• Driving revenue growth to double the current annual earnings by 2030.
• Recruiting qualified faculty members and implementing a faculty development plan to prepare local professors for long-term academic roles.
• Engaging in community outreach to attract donations from business leaders and encourage corporate investment in management education.
• Supporting consulting work with local and international firms.
• Carrying a moderate teaching load in Santiago, with potential teaching responsibilities in Santo Domingo.

Desired Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in Spanish is required. Proficiency in additional languages, particularly English, is preferred.

• Administrative experience in small or mid-sized business schools.
• A minimum of 7 years’ teaching experience in a reputable business school.
• An MBA from a respected university (a PhD is highly desirable).
