The Management Department at the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary is seeking to fill a position. This position is a full-time tenure-eligible position that begins August 10, 2024, and is contingent on funding.
The primary responsibilities of this position are research, teaching and service. The Management Department is active in the undergraduate program and multiple MBA programs. The Management Department includes 7 full-time faculty.
An earned doctoral degree (at time of appointment) in Organizational Behavior is required. Commitment to inclusive teaching is required. Candidates who can teach courses in organization behavior, change management, and teams are especially encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to those willing and able to teach residentially and in online modalities.
